Re: Hondata S300 & AEM 30-4100 UEGO Values problem

you can see it as you want: first option: the UEGO is too slow to determin those changes on its display second option: the hondata is too fast and determins it. you will never get a 100% exact reading. reasons for that: your air supply is everytime slighty different, so your revs aren't always the ...

Re: engine goes from rich to lean when elecrical load is app

Alright bud i finally got a chance to take a look at your calibration file and what I found is that you need to do some more work on your tables they have a lot of peaks in them and you have load columns that have values that overlap each other. This will cause your erratic fueling issue. To explain...

Re: engine goes from rich to lean when elecrical load is app

this is a long shot but might have something to do with you tables for ect correction. Might just be a coincidence that when you have the fan set to kick on it hits a specific cell in that table that is off. Set the fan to come on at like 120 degrees just to test it and see if it still does it, if i...

Re: s300 and new mac computer

Connect the device and when connected make sure that the right driver is selected to run the device. On a mac im not sure how this works but on a PC you would go to the device manager and find your new hardware device that you plugged in and click on its properties to show you the driver being used,...

Re: Nitrous settings?

You can leave the units as KPA if you like and put 0 as the minimum and 110 as the Maximum. that will cover a rangelarger than the engine can operate in anyway so it will be always on as far as load is concerned and will be relying on the other factors (tps,VSS,ECT,IAT,RPM). You may want to have min...

Re: on launch limiter no timing retard

Might help if you posted your settings or a copy of you calibration and datalog of the issue. Otherwise you going to get this answer... Your doing it wrong, so many people complain about Hondata's anti lag, but those people are wrong. I can build whatever boost I want to with it. Id like to see some...

Re: Datalogging issue

We did this as well as wrapped insulation around the wires going to and around the ECU that seems to have done it. Thanks for the reply.

Datalogging issue

Ok heres the deal. On my car I have had the same ECU with the same Hondata S300 For about 4 years now, never had any problems with it and I have changed engines and retuned 3 times in that time period. Today with my new engine and turbo setup I was trying to datalog so I could start tuning the car a...

Re: Ignition Compensation

No, it will just limit all power in that gear. You will be much better off just controlling the throttle yourself if you detect wheel spin. Actually that is not really correct. You can use the nitrous control settings to adjust ignition timing per gear at various boost levels, if you set the parame...

Re: s300 red and green light solid

sounds to me like you have a bad ecu or if you installed the s300 yourself maybe some bad soldering for the components in the ecu.
