Ok, so I tried my kpro into another Rsx with the same result. Still says:
drivers installed, on Line, ignition off.
I think something's wrong with the Ecu or the kpro board.

Re: Kpro not connecting to laptop
If I have the Ecu out of the car wouldn't I be able to upload a calibration or erase the Ecu?

Re: Kpro not connecting to laptop
I would suggest that you undo any wiring you have recently done and see if that resolves the issue. When you changed the cams did you change the trigger wheels? Ok I will undo it and try again. When I swapped cams I did not change trigger wheels. The cams are straight out of the k24a2 with a 50* VTC

Re: Kpro not connecting to laptop
Check your fuses as it sounds like there may be one blown. The K-Pro is detected and it is online, but it is not seeing the ignition switch being turned on, which usually means that the ECU is not powering up correctly. Is that why the green LED only comes on briefly then goes off? Do you happen to...

Ok I have a kpro V4 upgraded around January last year. 2006 Rsx-S Turbo Kmanager 4.2.3 or the latest one out. Just recently swapped cams and wired in PLX wideband to chassis, no data logging wire to Ecu yet. Tried to start my car on the old calibration and car wouldn't run without foot on the gas. T...

Re: tc unit not beig picked up by usb
What OS are you using? What does the TC show as in the device manager? Have you manually installed the drivers? See http://www.hondata.com/help/tractioncontrol/installing_usb_drivers.htm I'm running windows8. The computer used to pick up the TC unit every once in a while. But now not at all. And ye...

Re: Need help setting up
You need to datalog in the Smanager, Kamanager or FlashPRo manager software. The datalogs from the Traction control unit itself in the Traction control software will be very short and Super high resolution. So just like a normal datalog for tuning correct? How would I veiw the TC portion of that log?
