just wondering if anyone has succesfully used hondata on an s2000 by doing an obd2 to obd1 ecu swap.

just take the voltage at the ECU. find a pinout and get .5 volts at the proper terminal i did it on a 95 hatchback last week...

hondaswap.com should have the proper pinout i think for 4th gen stuff

as far as i know a p28 will never check for a knock sensor..
a p72 or a p30 will.

i run a p28 stage 2 on an lsvtec w/ no knock sensor

the p30 and p72 would both look for a knock sensor. you will be completely rewriting the fuel/ignition maps anyway, so the stock ones shouldn't be of any concern... you just need to decide if you're going to want to run the secondaries or not... are there any different intake manifolds you can get f...

I've got a p28/stage 4 that works flawlessly on my 94 del sol ls/vtec my friend has a 96 hatchback that he also runs a p28/ stage 2 system on. his car will randomly shut off the interface box and stall. the light on the box will just go off with no rhyme or reason. well anyways.. i tried to plug in ...

do you have datalogging??

if so.. connect the laptop and datalog with the error code window open.. sometimes this will show the code, although it is not stored in memory..

i traced mine to a loose MAP sensor connection when it was doing that

stock fuel pressure is between 30-38 psi (or at least that's what my mitchell on demand software says) i keep mine at 38 psi but i dyno tuned my car and have 330 injectors as well the fuel pressure all depends on how much fuel your specific application needs.. but if its a stock map, i'd guess you n...
