Re: FlashPro Requests

Ability to disable the DBW controller, allowing us to run a cable throttle of our choice without the check engine light. Easier said than done since you will also lose control over idle... That's fine with me for what I'm trying to do. But at least give us the option. I don't see why idle control i...

Disabling all ignition knock for race motor

Hello, We have a high compression S2000 race motor that is running on 112 octane leaded oxygenated race fuel. We would like to disable the ecu from changing ignition timing, and want it to read ignition values from the main ignition tables. What is the quickest and most effective way to do this in F...

Alpha-N Fuel Maps for Flashpro

I have a 2006 DBW S2000 and I'm running Flashpro. We have started to test a set of ITB's being driven by the OEM actuator. The ITB's are currently in the testing stage, with the intention of releasing them to the public. When it comes to tuning ITB's, Alpha-N is usually better than MAP based maps. W...

Re: Injector Overrun Manifold Pressure Settings

Thank you for the reply. When you say set the values around 3kPa lower than what I see, you're talking about the CUT tables, correct? I guess I would offset the RESUME tables a couple kPa above my cut values, to ensure adequate hysteresis? What would happen if I simply 0 out both these tables (since...

Injector Overrun Manifold Pressure Settings

I am looking for some guidance on setting up the injector overrun manifold pressures. The motor being used in this particular S2000 has a few major differences over a stock F22. The engine is a custom build, with increased bore, stroke (99mm) and compression (12.5:1). Also, the head has some mild wo...

Re: Injector Dynamics Dead Times and Calibration

Great, that's exactly what I set it to. I got the fuel maps pretty close to where I think they need to be, so I started to look for the AFR going rich after injector cut off to tweak dead times. Here's what I found... http://imageshack.us/a/img42/9744/injectorcutoffrich.png http://imageshack.us/a/im...

Re: Injector Dynamics Dead Times and Calibration

Thank you. So at 850cc, do i set the test pressure to 60 psi per ID data, or set it to 70? I currently set the dead times to the 70psi values and injector size to 850cc at 60psi, as suggested by Tony. However, i still had make considerable fuel changes to the map. For columns 9 and 10, around 5% inc...

Re: Injector Dynamics Dead Times and Calibration

Thank you very much for the reply.

I will try these injectors again using your suggestions.

Just to clarify, when you say the injectors should be closer to 900cc than 715cc, do you mean at 60psi they should be closer to 900cc (i.e. 850 as quoted by ID's spec chart).

Injector Dynamics Dead Times and Calibration

Hi everyone, Hoping to get some help on this subject. My car is a 2006 S2000 and I'm running Flashpro Manager 1.5.1.0. I installed a brand new set of ID725's a few weeks back, and used the dead time settings from the Injector Dynamics website at http://www.injectordynamics.com/ID725.html. Please not...
