Re: flex fuel sensor

Initially we thought that there wasn’t enough room left in my fuel system for e85 but a blend is looking like it will be a definite thing with 85 being 40% chance.

This would make life very easy if there was a sensor for the ecu to do the math.

Re: Speed density fueling

Any chance you have looked into pid control of boost and a cel kill for maf voltage yet?

I can supply a data log that shows a really bad ossilation if needed.

flex fuel sensor

would it be possible to do flex fuel on this chassis? i know several people are running e-85 with great results. it would be nice to be able to go back and forth without changing tunes.

Re: Speed density fueling

Well I’m central pa want to include Derek in this and I’ll see what happens.?.

The current theory is that the transmission will not care the engine won’t be able to set a code for the transmission and once the engine is on SD it won’t care about maf voltage.

Speed density fueling

Is there a time line for speed density and a box to check to turn off the cel for maf over voltage?

rich condition from 2nd -3rd gear

it seems the only way around this is to intentionally bounce off of the REV limiter during the 2-3 shift i believe it is some form of transmission protection logic. but like every thing else it seems to take place in the ECU. ??? if you dont bounce it goes Very rich for 0.4-0.6 tenths of a second wh...
