ok, found my rc injector box, it says SAT 12.5 i believe this means 12.5 ohm saturated injectors. car is running the best its ever ran. i have a b18c5 9:4:1 dart block type r head w skunk2 valve train and type r cams. boost 11lbs w stock cat. going for test pipe should lower my boost levels. i wond...

i have the same setup and i changed the fuel trim to 440 injectors and im running perfect a/f. 11.78 to 12.02 in boost WOT. Only problem it runs lean at like 15 vacuum(light throttle) in 5th gear cruising. i need to tune this part of the map. my setup is 9lbs jrsc b18c5 84mm bore. 9:4:1 compression ...

calibration forum suggestion.

hey there HONDATA, just an idea, i think you guys should make a way for the people that download the calibrations to be able to rate the calibrations as well, like leaving feedback on how the calibration worked or how much they reccommend the calibration to others. thanks. tboostdsi

uh, thats very lean, at idle you should be around 14:7 and wot around 12.5 if your boosting around 11.7. get it tuned before WOT or else......

get it tuned! if your motor falls on its face then picks back up sounds like your a/f needs some serious adjustment.

B18C5 9:4:1 w JRSC9lbs fully tuned on dyno

This map was tuned by TURBOTUNE an authorized hondata dealer/tuner in NC. MY motor is a b18c5 type r head skunk 2 valve train tpe r crank 9 4 to 1 compression ratio. 84mm bore. rc 440 injectors w hondata s300,hondata p28 obd2b ecu. Hopefully this map will help you not have to spend money on the dyno...

no, i dont think i need to because my a/f was tuned perfect. straight line right across the board on the dyno graph. i will contact my turbo tune and ask them. but when i was getting it dyno' ed, he said "just get the ignition problem fixed and you'll be fine". i will double check on that....

yea, definately good. i also figured out my ignition problem. the spring in my distributor was broke and not completing the fire.

no, i dont think it was clogged. you can see through it but cats are very restrictive on boosted motors. i gained 10 hp and 5 tq just from swaping out my cat and putting on the test pipe.

type r crank, type r crank pully. was making 11 or 12 lbs before test pipe. after test pipe making 8 or 9

yea, its never ending, i purchased the s300 thinking all of my problems with the s200 would just go away, its not that easy. now i have a pretty much brand new s200 system for sale.

hondata will get on tomorrow and help you out, spunk should reply with a link or previous post to help you with the prob. most likely he will tell you to send the ecu in.
