Re: Problem with connecting SManager

Yes, I use SManager 2.7.8.0 build 2423.
When I click the "S300" button, it shows firmware V13 which is the latest, so I think that should be fine.

Re: Problem with connecting SManager

I made 2 video's of how it went today. So in both video's I'm not connected to the internet. First video you see the problems popping up but in the end seems working fine. In the second video I closed SManager en directly started SManager again and again working fine. But sometimes I have the same s...

Re: Problem with connecting SManager

The problem still exists.

One thing I noticed is that when my laptop is connected to the internet it seems not to happen.
This sounds strange to me but could this somehow be the reason or related?

Sometimes it's working fine without internet connection.

Re: Understanding injector Duty cycle

So I don't measure the fuel pressure but it's a stock fuel pump.

Re: Understanding injector Duty cycle

It's a stock Honda Accord 1999 with F20B6 engine.
The only thing I've added is something to create boost and a wide band lambda (and the Hondata s300).
So the injectors are stock and what I found they should be 310cc injectors.

Understanding injector Duty cycle

I don't completely understand the duty cycle table and injection time used in SManager. Attached a log file and a fuel map. So in the log file I run with 0.32 bar boost at 5000 rpm, the AFR is 14.23 so I like to increase the amount of fuel. The injector timing is 16.65ms and Duty is 70%, so I expect...

Re: Engine Revving automatically

Oke, the problem is solved! The 3 wire Idle Air Control Valve is providing too much air when the connector is disconnected. For this test I made a gasket to be sure the IACV is doing nothing. Now I was able to run the engine idle at 500rpm. 2022-01-17 13.45.50 - IACV gasket.jpg Thanks for pointing m...

Re: Engine Revving automatically

I figured something out but not completely understand it. I started again with a this calibration without any changes: https://www.hondata.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=20232 I figured out that this calibration is working kind of acceptable to run the engine idle around 1500rpm. The engine is running re...

Re: Engine Revving automatically

I did a bit more research and I'm not sure if another IAC valve will solve my problem. Because now it's not connected and the engine has enough air to revv up to 2200rpm with closed throttle. So when I install the 2wire IAC valve, I assume that the ECU is only able to add additional air and therefor...

Re: Engine Revving automatically

It's the 3 wire from Denso
I attached 2 pictures to show the type of the valve.
As you can see, it's disconnected.

Re: Engine Revving automatically

Thanks for the suggestion. Disconnecting the IAC valve works partially, now the engine is revving from ~950 to ~2300rpm when throttle is not pressed. I will try to explain what I did last days so hopefully someone will have a good suggestion to fix my problem. I installed a Wide band lambda sensor (...

Engine Revving automatically

I have a: - Honda Accord 1999 OBD2B 2.0L Vtec (F20B6), running perfectly fine with original ECU. - Honda Prelude 4th gen 1992 2.0L (F20A4) with Hondata S300 v3. So I want to boost the Accord and pluged in the Hondata S300 from the Prelude with the OBD2B to OBD1 conversion harness to the F20B6. Value...
