Idling in columns 2&3

Is Idling in columns 2&3, instead of 3&4 a problem? I'm not sure it necessarily is. I've always read col's. 1&2 are decel, and 3&4 are for idle so I decided to ask.

Perhaps this suggests cleaning the IAC Valve?

Thanks,

Evan

Hondata Boost Solenoid

I was under the impression I could configure my GM unit to operate normally closed..

Is your solenoid the only one that actually works this way? If not, whats makes your solenoid unique?

Thank you

Should I worry about keeping the aftermarket, external wideband a few inches away from my factory primary 02 wideband?

Does it matter if they are both next to each other?

Thanks Again!

External Wideband Input Q:

(02 Turbo K24a1 EP3) I realize leaving the stock primary 02 sensor is neccessary for proper closed loop operation, but my question is this: Is there an ideal or optimal placement/position on the exhaust for the external wideband? So far I have come up with, 6" away from the turbo, is there any ...

The 550cc injector is a good choice. 440cc injectors would be getting close to their maximum and 650cc injectors would result in slightly worse driveability. Use the Greddy Civic Si calibration with 550cc injectors as a starting point. Thank you. Wouldnt the civic Rev hard calibration be a better s...

Yes, lower compression is a direct influence on the response to the base calibration. Not to say you could'nt start with that basemap in your example, in fact I think you would be safer if anything. I imagine your timing would be off intially, but I dont know 100%

hope this helps,

3 Questions for Hondata from a soon to be K-Pro user!

First off I apologize if these questions have come up before. I have gotten feedback from other K-Pro users on various forums with different setups, but I wanted to follow up straight from the source. I plan to purchase K-Pro in the very, very near future and can't wait! I have a CN Stg. 1 kit on my...

K-Series Stock Fuel System Concerns/Questions

As everyone may know, Honda stock fuel systems are efficient up to a point. As for K-series I would like to know when an upgrade to the stock fuel system should be considered. Granted that upgrading before neccessary is perfectly alright. I have a CN stg.1 on my 02 Si running Guardian E.I. and no up...

Yeah, there is a CN stg1 A3 550cc calibration, Ill probably start there. Being that I'll have 650s, Ill have my work cut out for me. I'm assuming with 650s on the 550 calibration Ill be running rich if anything, so thats fine...I'll tune from there. So Ill start with A2 ECU Kpro upgrade on my A3 CN ...

I understand, thank you. I will be running K-Pro on my turbocharged A3 to start. I'll go ahead and get an RSX type-S ECU to be upgraded then. Next question, lol It should be fine for me to go ahead and get 650cc injectors right? Im running a CN stg 1 kit where 550cc are fine. The point of 650s...is...
