Anyone want to review this calibration and datalog?

Hello - I've started tuning the fuel on my 2006 Civic Si. My main goal is to have a very reliable daily driver with good fuel economy and power. I don't go WOT very often at all, but I do venture into VTEC frequently. My car has the following modifications: - Modified stock intake with K&N panel...

Re: Speed Density Calibrations

Yes, as the options in the software utilize check-boxes and not radio buttons, that is an obvious statement. Let me rephrase. What is the difference between checking one (use speed/density fuel tables) and checking both? What, specifically, will be different between the two? Some of us want to under...

Re: Speed Density Calibrations

Reviving this thread for an answer to @maximumvette's question. Should both "AFM enabled" and "Use speed/density (MAP) fuel tables" be checked on the same calibration, or just one or the other? This isn't clear from the help documentation I've seen. I'm asking because while my ca...

Table cell colors

Sorry for the n00b question. I searched for "cell colors" but saw no results. It's a basic question - what do the table cell colors mean? Some cells with the same or nearly the same values have different colors. I get the main gist in the fuel tables that blue/green colors are rich (and sh...

Re: Stock+SRI race calibration mileage changes?

Thank you.

Can I copy over the high and low fuel tables from my race calibration to an AFM calibration? Seems like that would be a time saver.

Re: Please explain AFM vs MAP calibrations, and hybrid

What are the reasons NOT to use a MAP-based calibration, if any? Thank you.

Re: Stock+SRI race calibration mileage changes?

New guy is curious - why not use the race (MAP-based) calibration?

In my short testing with an aftermarket intake, the MAF-based calibration was terrible, while the MAP-based tune has been much better in all aspects. What am I missing here? Thanks!

Re: P0171 with 3.5" SRI

Day 2, so far so good. Fuel trims are normal, A/F is good, if not a tad rich especially during 1/2 - WOT. Start-up fueling seems a bit "off", especially when cold. Car takes at least one more crank cycle to start, and then sort of stumbles to life. Warm starts are good.

Re: P0171 with 3.5" SRI

Uploaded the MAP-based calibration for an Injen SRI, and noticed immediate improvement in A/F and fuel trims. Car runs and drives MUCH better with this change. I'll drive it a few more days watching and datalogging, and then get to the tuning.

Re: P0171 with 3.5" SRI

I think I'll try a MAP calibration, thanks.

I'm also trying to find a used stock/OEM air intake for this car. It's been harder than I figured it would be.

P0171 with 3.5" SRI

Hello - first time poster. I have a 2006 Civic Si with a 3.5" K-tuned SRI, and cat-back exhaust. Otherwise stock. I have uploaded the AFM-based map for the AEM SRI, figuring it would be "close enough". I've taken a few drives and datalogged, and the short and long fuel trims are off t...
