If this is going to be a common occurrence I recommend you install the flexfuel sensor. This way you can pump any fuel and the ecu will take care do the rest. Otherwise retune it for the new fuel the save way you did for e10.

Re: K24/K20 amp/calibration

I suggest you start with a tsx calibration. Dial it in to make sure it’s running safe until you can get it properly tuned.

Re: New to tuning K20Z3 FG2 Hybrid racing CAI

Welcome to the forum and back into imports,

I suggest you run a base calibration with the mods closes to yours. I can take a look at it to make sure it’s running safe until you get it properly tuned.

Re: TUNE REVIEW TO SOLVE IDLE ISSUE

I would have suggested you added the proper injector data before tuning. The Non Vtec VTC table could also use some work. I looked over the log and noticed that when you first start the car it idles between 12-30kpa where the VTC is set to 0. In the log where it runs rich it is idling between 63-74k...

Re: Help Please

I made some minor adjustments. The car is safe to normal drive only until you get it properly tuned. Feel free to reach out if you don't already have a tuner.

Re: Hybrid racing cai tune.. help please

Re: Base map for my 8th gen SI

I suggest finding a basemap with the mods close to your and dial it in to make sure its running safe. It might run a little better to find a base calibration running in speed density. Once you change to an aftermarket intake its best to run in speed density. If you are aiming for power you would ne...

It looks the car is running lean. I adjusted the MAF. Create a normal driving log.

Re: Help Please

One more question Ed. I was told that since I have a 3.5 inch intake I will need to run a MAP based tune. From what I've been told the MAF will not read correctly so I'll need to use the MAP sensor. Does that sound right? Yes ideally you should switch to a map based tune. A maf based tune is ok to ...

Re: Help Please

There should be no need to run a race calibration. It’s safe to run a MAF calibration as long as you normal drive the car only. This will at least have the car driving safely until you get a proper tune. You can post the files here on the forum. That’s why I suggested you start a thread in the calib...
