I managed to solve this problem.
Things to remember when using KPro:
1. Make sure that battery voltage after ignition is ON, is above 12V.
2. Do not run KManager without closing for long periods (months :) ), it can get confused with changes needed to upload.
Thanks, my problem was solved.

Re: Upload successful, but changes not stored to ECU
I'm not able to get any datalogs/calibration before at the end of the week :(Spunkster wrote:You have not provided the calibration or datalogs showing the problem.
Anything, that i can try, next time (in addition to datalogs)?

Re: Upload successful, but changes not stored to ECU
K-Pro Serial: 5442 ECU: 37820-PRB-A08 KManager: 1.5.1 Vehicle: Euro Civic Type-R, using PRB ECU with wideband lambda, ECU pins modified as described in http://www.hondata.com/techk20-ctr-o2wiring.html Car has been previously tuned using KManager 1.3.9 and has been running without any issues. Upload successful, but changes not stored to ECU
ECU Serial: 5442 KManager 1.5.1 ---- I have been tuning with K-Pro over 4 years now, but this is something new for me. When tuning fixed cam angles, and uploaded fixed cam angle map to ECU (no errors, upload was successful). 1. Started engine and when throttle was used cam did not remain in fixed po...

Also upgraded kal to another KPro ECU with 1.5.1 last weekend, and again TPS -1 !!! (previously this ECU used 1.3.9 version and TPS was perfect)

Re: tps reading -1%
if i enter values manually (minimum reading), i can get values to display 0, but engine in some situations does not "understand", that i'm off throttle (probably reading wrong TPS value),
and idle is acting strange (rpm ~1200 and cam. angle surges from 0 to 20)

Re: tps reading -1%
my TPS started reading -1% when upgraded to 1.5.1 (stock TPS sensor), recalibration does not work.

Re: New knock control tables
Thanks, thats very useful info. It clearly works, just maybe not exactly as we would expect. I saw your earlier post, and noticed your datalog was at a cam angle of 24*. It may be that the difference is due to interpolation between the 20* and 30* cam tables. unfortunately this is not a case. In 30...

Re: WOT compensation tables and knock control related tables
ok, noone knows :(
But can someone give a hint what values should i run in "WOT cat protection tables" when i'm not using cat and need ecu to run as close as possible to values defined in fuel tables (all values 12.5)?

Re: New knock control tables
In theory this should work as you described, but in reality the results are little different: 1. Main ignition 43 deg, Ignition limit 8 deg, ignition retard 12 deg, knock control 79%, from formula this is: 8 - (0.79 * 12) = -1.5 deg Actual results (from datalog): Knock retard: 0 deg. Knock ignition ...

WOT compensation tables and knock control related tables
Hi, 1. It's nice to have option to change WOT compensation tables, but can someone explain in more details how it's working? For ex. how is value defined in table used for final fuel amount computation? simple formula would be great! 2. Knock control related tables use 10 columns, for ex. if i'm usi...
