right, but without an input, it does not know the difference between a full throttle shift revlimit and the over all revlimit. Ok but I still cant visualize how an input switch will work in this case. Will the switch have to be activated by the clutch position or is the switch just something that I...

You cannot use always on for full throttle shift You must use a switch with one of the inputs. Wait why is that? I thought full throttle shift was enabled when the car is above transition speed and the clutch is pressed. What exactly needs to happen for this to work? Will just adding a switch work??

bump this up. I read about the high octane tune but hondata said it would lean out with a race header Any tune you upload from another person with the car and mods will not match your car. Every car is different and will need to be tuned. I suggest you upload the high octane tune and street tune fu...

Kinda it depends on map not tps. There is a threshold map value that determines when it will be in closed loop or open loop. This can be found in parameters->closed loop->conditions

Todd have you tried verifying these AF ratios with another wideband independent from Kpro? I would have expected atleast a knock with 22 psi and a 19.32:1 AF ratio! Is your knock sensor enabled? haha yes the knock sensor is enabled, I have a brand new 02 sensor I will try tomorrow. And no I need to...

There is an option there to choose the solenoid configuration (open or closed). This selection automatically inverts it so that you can use the table with ascending values. See whats weird is that when I select closed the higher the duty cycle the less boost it will create. As if the values aren't ...

No, you will not change the percentages order. That still remains the same. That is why there is an option to select nomally open or closed. I dont get it. Answer me this though. With the gm (open) 15% percent duty cycle would get me 15 psi and any higher duty cycle value will increase boost. Now w...

what solenoid do you have? I have the perrin and currently have all boost control turned off as I am running straight off the gate. I am trying to learn more about boost by gear and how it works. trying to find if the perrin is a normally open or closed unit and if when doing boost by gear if you c...

You willl have to make a new boost vs. duty table as a different solenoid will have different properties. Yes I am aware of that. This is exactly what I am attempting to do. However If my thinking in the first paragraph is correct then the duty cycles would have to be in a descending order because ...

Boost Control question. Open vs Closed

Ok so I switched to a normally closed solenoid. I changed my solenoid configuration in Kpro but did not change my vacuum line configuration. I am currently running a vac line to the side of my TiAL 44mm gate and the boost controller line to the top of the gate. So to achieve the same boost level as ...

John also check the No. 9 (7.5A) and No. 10 (7.5A) fuse in the under-dash fuse box.

In Kmanager, go to Help, Contents, and in the search field, type wideband settings and let it search. Under Settings look at the Wideband Lambda Input. E15 is the ELD input. Yes I am aware of this. Is this the only thing I have to do? Do I not need to change the voltage offset? Also if I remove my ...
