Hi..
I found 4 ABS sensors from a 97 Honda Integra and there are two wires coming out from the sensor. White and Blue. How do we test the wires, to see if they are positive or negative?
Planning to use these sensors for the Hondata Traction Control.

Re: Map switching via cabin switches
Guess your G35 tube is based on a piggyack, lots of em has such ability to carry some different cals and switch em on the fly. Honda tune is based on changing native calibration in the ecu via flashpro , it has no space to carry more than 1 calibration. Maybe Hondata will develop a flashpro which c...

Does the knock count increase when the engine gets hot?

Re: Weird knocks in cylinder 3
since the ecu with flashpro cannot differentiate the false knock (normally sounds from race headers) and the real knock... you will need a knock mic with the head-phone to do that. But the problem is the knock only comes after 1-2 days and get worst over time. If that is so, then you will need to h...

Re: Weird knocks in cylinder 3
Hi CivicRSA.. Not that i would like to trouble myself, just tat I was wondering why a RTS can caused my car to run so badly as well. I just wanna find out is it the stock ecu map is so badly done, or my car is seriously problematic. When i drove my car after RTS, it is definitely don feel like a 20...

Re: Mugen RR
K-pro will not be a plug and play solution for Mugen RR as K-Pro works on DBC only..raptor15 wrote:so K-Pro? i still have not checked the ecu part number
What civicRSA is saying, find another ECU from a DBW Civic and use that as the ECU in the Mugen RR for reflashing instead.

Re: Mugen RR
engjoo: Yes, when performing to RTS, the stock map will be from Hondata.
The Mugen ECU uses the same ECU as the FD2R.. so, you should be able to reflash it using FlashPro.
As the Mugen ECU on the RR is limited and hard to come by... I would leave the Mugen ECU alone.

Re: Mugen RR
Hi one of my customers has a original FD2 Mugen RR. I would like to supply him with a FP. But he had a few questions that i want to clarify before i proceed with the tune and the sale. 1) If he was to "return ECU to stock" would it flash back the original map that came on the car? or a st...

Re: Maximum Ignition advance for FD2 CTR ?
You'll need to go on a dyno and listen to knock when you do this. Doing it blindly will damage your engine.engjoo wrote:What is the Maximum ignition timing advance allowed for the JDM FD2 CTR ?
Looking at the stock equivalent and hondata reflashed map, it seems to be 40. Can it go beyond 40 ? Say 41 or 42?
