Thanks for the reply!

Any idea on the diagram wiring to make it work?

O2 sensor not reading values (P0131/P0135 errors)

Hi, I've installed a KPro in a Euro EP3 in a PNF ECU. First of all, I erased the ECU to start a new fresh calibration. I've selected a base calibration for the Euro CTR-PRA (I'm doing this AFAIK that for Euro CTR is better to choose that kal instead the PNF ECU. The only problem is the reverse gear ...

Sure, we are aware of that and we aren't looking to make any claim. But could you take a look on the datalogs to see what could be wrong just to explain what made the MAF read those strange values?

Thanks!

MAF error = blown cilynder

Hi, We have a Euro R18 with a US ECU and a Flashpro for a US 1.8 civic. The car is stock, excepting a Injen CAI and a de-cat pipe. We made a MAF calibration just to adjust the MAF sensor with the new CAI and the de-cat. All the day the car was fine, without any knock or strange behaviour. But after ...

Re: Knock retard issues and P2A00 error code

I didn't give any feedback because we are waiting to an update with the wastegate. But we did a valve adjustment. So hope in a couple of weeks I can confirm that was the problem.

Thanks!

Knock retard issues and P2A00 error code

Hi, guys. I'm having some issues with my Euro S2K. I've a top mount turbo setup, with ID1000 injectos, colder spark plugs (9's), and custom piping. First of all, the car is suffering false knocking on cylinder 2. I reviewed the spark plugs several times, and I didn't see any trace of knocking. Also ...

Re: Problem with the fuel pump?

Solved!!

It was the Walbro fuel pump, that wasn't fit properly. We tested it and it was working at the 25% of the pressure expected. Now it works fine with the trimming of the pump. The car runs really smooth now with a realistic calibration.

Thanks for your help, Nuno!!

Re: Problem with the fuel pump?

Yes, I think it could be possible. But if you take a look in my datalogs, when the car is in closed loop, the O2 sensor reads rich values, and also in WOT when the VTEC it's not engaged.

Hope today I can test the fuel pressure, but just to discard any fault in the calibration.

Thanks for your help.

Re: Problem with the fuel pump?

That's a good point, but I also have a AEM Wideband installed, reading the same values (the AEM a little bit leaner than the OEM). Do you think they went to the sensor's heaven together?

Problem with the fuel pump?

Hi, I've setup a FN2 with a Rotrex C-30, RRC intake manifold, Tial BOV, Spoon Throttle, IC, Toda headers, 3" custom exhaust, Skunk racing fuel rail and Walbro fuel pump. When the car it's on WOT, and it's on open loop reading the tables, when the VTEC it's engaged, the car goes lean. I've added fuel...

Re: Too lean in open driving

Yes, the Hondata 4 BAR MAP sensor it´s located at the plenum chamber after the SC. I added a boost gauge to ensure that the MAP reads ok (and so it does). Also I supressed the MAF sensor and put the IAT after the SC and IC too. If you see the datalog, it´s mandatory to add fuel with that short trims...

Re: Too lean in open driving

Yes, I will go to the dyno for sure. But why that behaviour in open loop?
