Not sure if I'm understanding this or not. But it almost sounds like you have a problem with the float in the tank. I had a similar issue when I installed my fuel pump. One of the hoses pulled the float and bent it. Might want to check that.

Just changed to 3.5 intake and maf housing. Haven't had the code yet. Hopefully it's fixed and I can get a tune.

Changed the maf sensor with a new one from Acura today. Still the same code. Guess I'm going to put a smaller spring in and see if 13-14 psi will work.

That's strange. I've got precision 5971 and I'm not throwing those codes yet. I'm having maf problems at 15psi.

why dont you just run a base map........until you get it tuned

ok its not the ecu that clicks at 3k its the main relay.

and when i reach 3000 rpm the tach and temp goes crazy too
