Stolen S300

Hi there, Bit late, but just thought i'd post this. If anyone comes across S300 serial number S300-1858, it is STOLEN. My CRX SiR was stolen November 2010 in the UK, along with my S300 in a USDM P28 chassis which was in the boot. It's a shame Hondata didn't code anything into the sManager to "call h...

Re: K-Pro O2 Heater Problem on PRA ECU

I totally forgot about this, makes sense!

The owner was fidding around with it a lot, i bet that's what has happened. Never did follow it up as i was being expected to spend hours on it for free, and my good nature was being somewhat exploited. :)

The Primary O2 Sensor is connected up as follows: http://www.marklamond.co.uk/misc/O2-problem.jpg What should happen is as follows: 1) IGN is turned on. 2) Pin E8 pul...

Converting from RomEditor 2.5 ROM to S300

Hi there, I'm in a situation where i need to convert a RE 2.5 map (JDM P30) to the S300. If i try loading the map into SManager v1.4.0 all i get is a garbled mess - clearly SManager can't understand the structure of the ROM. I assume this is because it only converts from V3 ROM's ? Can you explain h...

AIM manufacture digital dashboards and datalogging products. http://www.aim-sportline.com/en/default.asp I've used their MXL dash on a couple of cars with MBE ECUs, awesome features at a great price and very customisable. The configuration/logging software is excellent. One of the killer features is...

I'm also doing a Jenvey setup at the moment with the S300, B16A1 (for now) do you have any pics etc? http://www.marklamond.co.uk/misc/itb/jenvey5.jpg http://www.marklamond.co.uk/misc/itb/jenvey6.jpg As UK OBD-1 ECU's do not come with baro pressure sensors i sourced a P28 from the US and swapped it o...

Yep, the P30-960 TCS ECU has an RPM output - Pin C1 IIRC.

I agree - I'd rather the time was spent on features rather than decoration, more analogue inputs would be great.

It would be useful to be able to select any sensor you want to be shown in the display panel though.

That looks very neat, nice work. I got a loan of the unit from my friend, i've only had a quick look but it looks quite well made, usual Japanese quality. The car it was on had a slight missfire, although i think this was down to bad grounding on the unit itself, one of the grounds was not even atta...

I really like that unit, looks very well made from the outside. One of my friends has a car coming over in the next few weeks with what looks like one of these fitted so it'll be good to get a closer look.

It would be useful to adjust the dwell time with the S300 for those with non standard setups.

Yeah, i wouldnt expect the converter to be cleanest thing. I put it on the scope and fed it from a professional bench supply. I didn't expect it to be this bad though, its a wonder it didnt damage the laptop! I opened the converter up and it is a complete piece of junk. http://www.marklamond.co.uk/m...

Communication Problem

Hi there, I'm having a problem with my S300 and Dell Latitude C640. I bought a DC-DC converter to use with the laptop but every time i connect it to the laptop i loose communication with the S300. The lights on the S300 flash away as normal when datalogging but as soon as you fire up the DC-DC the r...

S300 Hardware

Hi there, I'm just about to place an order for an S300 and am stuck between going for the vanilla or JDM version. Physical aspects aside will the JDM S300 operate in a non-JDM ecu, reason for asking is that i currently run a JDM P30 but would rather use a big box ECU with all the features, Knock & B...
