same problem here with V1-2-2-4 no problems going back to V1-2-2-3 - something to do with the "Application is now digitally signed by Hondata" adder....

i didn't think so unless i make a trip to cal and visit church's... what about just bumping the fuel cutoff to 8.7k? back to the orginal question - i think i understand the last dyno showing the header/tp reflash with a 5.6k vtec kick. the point you are making is that the stock header and cat combo ...

around 30 degrees according to kmanager's help screens

At cruising rpm and load (columns 2 - 7 and 1500 - 4500 rpm) set the cam angle to around 30 degrees. The EGR effect of the extra camshaft overlap will reduce emissions and improve fuel economy at cruise.

what engine are you moding? the '06 cams are hotter than the older tsx cams along with other improvements. if that's what you're talking about. not sure if newer cams in older engine would be compatible with older reflash? you will need for hondata to answer that one...
