Re: fuel level gauge

Hi Hondata, Ok I understand your side. To fix this request, please edit my attached calibration (it is AFM cal) with your tested values. I will test this on my car and if this is OK, we have a reverence for all new requests for the Europe FN2 supercharged rotrex - and you can close the other threats...

Re: fuel level gauge

Don't waste your time you can't correct the "fuel computer" in the FN2. No way. I have tried many times (I had a rotrex). If you have other injectors than OEM forget it. Ok, but why the site Admin tell it must be work? Can you take a look in my posted calibration because the fuel gauge is totally w...

Re: fuel level gauge

Good morning,

in the attachment you will find my map.
In the notes you can find my last adjustment and my other engine modifications.

I am very happy if you can help me to adjust the map that the gauge will display the correct fuel values.

Re: fuel level gauge

Do not use a race calibration and expect the fuel gauge to read correctly. You should use an AFM calibration and just enable MAP based tuning inside that calibration. Hi Spunkster, Yes my cal is a AFM calibration. I will tomorrow post my map of my car. I hope you will find the final switch that the...

Re: fuel level gauge

Hi Neoarks,

no it does not fix my issue. After the adjustment.
Did you have a FN2 SC race map which the fuel level gauge works fine?

Re: fuel level gauge

Update: I tested now the following settings without any better results. The fuel gauge displays always 3 L/100 km in normal driving. Normally it must displays min 6 L/100 km. Current configuration: Fuel_calc_3.PNG Note: After edit the opening timings, now if the K20 engine is cold, in low rpm the en...

Re: fuel level gauge

Yes I have some news: I got a list from RC Engineering for the SH4-750 fuel injecotrs. Fuel Pressure (psi) The voltage starts @ 9.0 and ends by 16.0 V: I configured the following: 10V: 1207 12V: 952 16V: 658 In the list I can not find any entries for 6 and 8 Volts.... 9V is the lowest value. Re: fuel level gauge

Hi, The injectors are from "RC Fuel Injection". The question is easy to answer why I useing the AFM cal: The misc features are only enabled in AFM cals not in race maps of the FN2: > REV-LED > Check Oil level from the engine I tested the racemap too and funnily enough the fuel calc is exacly the sam...

Re: fuel level gauge

Hi, I have the same issue with the supercharger. But I do not use the MAP calc. I use the AFM. The supercharger push air into the engine with 0.5 bar. So the air sensor Register a higher airflow. AFM_fuel_calc.PNG After refuel the fuel calc says: You can ride 1200km. But in the real you can drive 50...

Problem: Turbocharged FN2 - wrong template used?!

Hi all, Question: It is possible to switch between the FD2 <-> FN2 layouts without loosing the tuning settings? I have at the moment a FD2 tuned setup on my turbocharged FN2 K20Z4 engine. But my problem is: 1. I could not see the REV LED's 2. The FUEL calc is totally unrealstic low! So I think, the ...
