there is a chance that correct gear calibration in the ECU would by consequence solve the IMA problem without flashing IMA
what do you think ?

Thank you for your help. IT WORKS! The Kcontrol now looks stable between 40 and 55% while driving. I had to bump up the knock sensitivity around 3000rpm AND from 5000 up. I lowered the limiter again to 7250 rpm. No need of headlights, it is just the IPU that is upset above a given rpm. Maybe around 7300 or 7350 was the trigger. I drove about 1000km of various styles, the problem did not show up, at all. BAT volts is variable but this is normal for this car. = no prob...

i'm disappointed : on two pulls one is correct and have AF ok btw 13,1 and 13,4 the second one is dull, no power and the AF drops from 13 @4000rpm to 11@7000rpm i see no reason : same altitude, same temps, same hour, same map the car is in the same column 9 of the table. it took some time but I unchecked AFM and fuel modification have an effect now . anyway i find another inconsistency : if i do an XY graph WOT checked X = rpm Y = A/F I get two completely different A/F behaviors for the car : one seem to follow map fuel table (maybe too lean in some areas) around 13...
