you would have to check all the intercooler piping and couplers

When i say check, dont just look at it. use your hand and wiggle/pull it to make sure its on tight

if you can't build boost then you have a boost leak
the most common spot to leak is at the throttle body. check the clamp

also check for boost leaks

post a datalog of the problem

You may of damaged your catalytic converter using anti-lag

default FTS settings are good

there's no adjustment setting on raising the redline

what flex fuel calibration are you using? Looking at my software, Bazil calibration does not have flex fuel options

knock control starting at 54% is normal with a reflash
long trim at -100% is also normal for some non US countries
