Hello, I have a car with an ethanol content sensor installed inline on the car's return line. With the alternate VSS options, is there any way to use the OEM sensor as a logged value and an alternate (say, wheel speed sensor) at the rear on a FWD car as the primary reference?

I figured out the 90% cap problem. Total rookie move on my part, and forgot I only have 90% maximum defined in the lookup table.

As far as the VSS goes, you can pretty clearly see in the log I posted the gear compensation move down at high RPM from 5/6 to 4.

How is the K-Liner/all the other Hondata land-speed cars seeing VSS? Or is the VSS not even referenced?

Does an injector driver in the K-Series ECU's work 100% to it's capacity until it's smokey death? Or is the death gradual? It may be a problem with the fuel sisytem, or some kind of wiring problem. Anytime you ahve an engine swap it makes diagnosing the problem much more difficult. We swapped in another ECU and loaded the calibration.

Same problem, so that leaves out the possibility of a hardware issue.

We have now narrowed the problem down to 3,000 RPM, regardless of load after a couple tests.

I am loading the calibration onto another K-Pro ECU this afternoon.

And I thought the same, concerning the voltage. Is there any battery voltage corrections that could be wreaking havoc on the system?

Maybe a revamping of the charging system is in order.
