ITR timing map is going to be way different. I had tried a GSR map on my stock h22 and it ran horrible.

Load the Smanager provided map for the stock h22 (yes, the one with the 450cc). In the fuel trim settings, change it to 290cc, then you'll have to decrease the whole fuel map till you reach the proper AFR. I think i only snipped one wire to go to ecu and the other i left. If i remember correctly the ground wire is wired to the ecu now while the other wire gets volts.

+2 to spunkster, use the cruise control switch. When you look under the dash, theres a button that the clutch pedal is already pushing onto. Thats the switch you want to wire off of.

if the motor is pretty much stock, use the h22 calibration thats provided with smanager, change the fuel injector settings and you'll more than likely have to decrease the fuel map. It'll bog a lot at first but keep decreasing till your o2 reads in the 13's.

are you positive your vtec solenoid is functioning properly? What do you have vtec set to engage at? It sounds like its switching over to the vtec map but vtec isn't engaging.
