Re: ECU activation delay??

I used a little tool from Hondata that checks the solder (24)pins on where the S300 sits and it showed up that 2 pins where not getting power when tested. On another ECU we tried that was giving us issues 3 pins did not light up when it was tested. At the end we tested a know working S300/ECU and al...

Re: ECU activation delay??

I had another P28 that was s300 prepped and it was displaying the same issues. So I am thinking that ECU might ...

There are some strapping strategies when it comes to strapping high FWD cars on the DD and keeping it steady on the rollers. If your car does not have LSD that makes a bit harder to keep it centered once boost comes into the picture as it will have a tendency to go up and off to the right. Getting b...

Re: wow

wow, that is a huge difference, on my last pull my dront wheels had climbed up on top of the top of the front roller on the dyno, would that skew the results as well, nt having the fron wheel in full contact with both rollers?? If your front wheels climbed on the rollers then that means that you we...

As a member said earlier, the AFRs have to be optimized in all the operating cells and load before one can start doing the timing.
If the AFRs are good then yes pull timing until its gone.

One further question. If you have a 10psi spring on the WG, can you still ask the solenoid to give me for instance 8psi at 1st gear, then 11psi en 2nd gear and so on? Or one has to start at the level of the WG spring rate? i found that if u use a ebay 4psi spring u can set boost and pressure the sa...

El verdugo. Are you haveing datalogging issues as well or are you just bored? Just curious. Bartman Why you say I am bored? I tune cars on a daily basis and come across this issue from time to time and I was wanting to get a definitive answer on what is causing it. It gets annoying when one makes a...

Is the fuel pressure staying where is supposed to at that boost level?
Also is there any CEL that are on since you do have cut boost if CEL is on in the Parameters.
You should also attach a datalog to see how the car behaves when this condition happens.
