Re: KproV4 PRB Voltage Requirements
You should not plug in the USB until you have the issue resolved or you could damage the K-Pro and the ECU. Do those voltage values for the ecu grounds sound right? When I start the car without the USB plugged in, the car will start the first time I try to start it, throw a CEL and NOT allow me to ...

Re: KproV4 PRB Voltage Requirements
With the engine running. If it shows 0.00 mA then you might have blown the small fuse on the multi-meter as normally there should be some current flow. Checked with the car on and it fluctuates between, 8.5-10.5 ma for both ecm ground pins. Usb shroud shows 0.00. Car started with the laptop plugged...

Re: KproV4 PRB Voltage Requirements
Checked the voltage (key off) to both pins on the A connector in pin positions 4 and 5 (ecm ground) set on 20ma on my meter. 0.00 reading for both 4 and 5 pins to the negative battery terminal and 0.00 reading to the outside of the usb port to the negative battery terminal. Thanks I forgot to ask, ...

Re: KproV4 PRB Voltage Requirements
Oh I see, thank you for the correction, I was assuming resistance. Ill check voltage. Not sure why I assumed you were Doug, I should quit with all of the assumptions!
Ill check the values and report back here. I will also try another battery with more CA's.

Re: KproV4 PRB Voltage Requirements
That is interesting about the heat causing the driver not to be able to switch the signal to the pump relay. I will test that by running the car for 1-2 minutes, shutting it off and attempting to restart it. Then do the same thing but let it heat cycle the fan 4 or 5 times to make sure its warm, shu...

Re: Any New Upcoming Updates?
Any info on what new features the next iteration of the IOS app will contain? Trying to decide on a few display options and am curious to what the new update will contain and when it will be available.

Re: Part throttle/Full Throttle Misfires
FWIW figured it out, the injectors were partially clogged. I cleaned them out and the issue is resolved. Morale of the story, use a 30 micron filter or finer. 40 is not fine enough if you have any trash in the tank.
Thanks!
Thanks!

Part throttle/Full Throttle Misfires
So I am going through the process of road tuning my K24a2/EG swap and have started to run into some misfiring/pops/cracks that started at part throttle and is now prevalent at full throttle. Nothing jumps out in the logs that would be indicative of a failing sensor (TPS/O2/MAP), I also have no codes...

Re: KProV4 - TPS and o2 Sensor Issues
As far as the 02 sensor goes, if you have run the car on an open header and the header is vibrating or shaking much at all the heater element is probably damaged. The O2 sensors are super sensitive and break very easily if they are jarred or shaken too much. Are you getting an O2 code? If so, try re...

Re: 1992 EG k20a2 swap No Start - HELP!!!
Depending on your regulator it the pressure may drop after the pump stops priming. In Kmanager, set your pump to prime for 10 seconds and watch the gauge while its priming to get a accurate idea of the fuel pressure while the pump is on. Check for continuity on all fuses and make sure all of the req...
