You can have both AFM-MAP cals in the flashpro as 'PRIMERY CAL'----'SECONDARY CAL' and change from one another in 90sec. I've done it and i'm very happy with the results!! the only problem is you've to pay for 2 maps! I do this on every customer's car, including Alex :) Has worked perfectly and is ...

Euro FN2 closed loop problem
I have noticed in most FN2's I have tuned that after a while (in some cars this happens immediately, in other's after a while) that short term correction goes to 47% and stays there although actual AFR is below 11:1. At first I thought this was due to faulty stock O2 sensors (Honda had a recall on t...

One brief question. Say I have a stock thermoswitch (around 93C triggering) and I have installed a low temp thermostat (opening at 68C). I want to avoid buying a new thermoswitch (triggering around 83C) and do it through Hondata (and also have the double protection in case the thermoswitch fails). I...

ECU problem? Ignition timing flunctuating
Specs:
Euro Civic TypeR EP3 with PRA ECU and K-Pro, i/h/e, NGK BKR8EIX11
Kmanager version: 1.3.7
Problem: As seen in the datalog, ignition flunctuates a lot under 3000rpm, especially in low throttle openings (below 40%). As a result, the car is not driveable at all.

Removing completely the MAF sensor with MAP calibration
Is this possible? Is the MAF itself a major restriction for the intake system? I guess the IAT sensor in on the MAF so we have to somehow relocate it and perhaps use an older IAT sensor (from EP3 perhaps).

Crank angle position sensor
I tuned a car a few days ago. The engine (B18-R) had extensive modifications (ITBs, vtec killer cams etc) and turned out to be one of the most powerful B series engines I have ever tuned (238whp dynapack at from 1.8 lt!). Yesterday, we got a CEL #4 (crank angle position sensor). I tried two differen...
