You would need to add timing not take it away. Just a thought. Well I don't know why it would be off. It only seems to do it if I go over 9.5 PSI. If I don't have the belt tight or if I take it slowly it won't do it. Another thing is that this happens in the 650cc 10 PSI base map and the 550 cc 9 P...

Okay. I will try to make this as accurate and thorough as I can. For some reason I have a bump/ rev limiter type feeling when I take the car above 8000 rpm's. I guess I should tell you what all I have done. Well here it goes: I have the JRSC, Hondata Kpro and 550 cc injectors. I am running a 9 PSI(...

I tuned a ITR motor with ITB's and 370cc injectors (provided by TWM). Initial run was 170 and I got it to 185 just from tuning. If I remember right, it like timing around 30. The midrange increased a lot with more timing. WIth ITB's, it needs larger cams for sure (and this car needed better exhaust,...

The shift light was set right the first time because it wokred originally. All of a sudden it reads 3k out of no where. Is this with an S200 system? Nope this is a stage 2b w/boost. I think what im going to have to do is send it back to Hondata again so they can fix it. When I sent it the first tim...

He set it with the software. i chose not to have the button put in so he didn't use it. Does it make a difference? You sure it was set for 8400? My guess it is at 3. If it comes on, have the tuner use Hondalogger and drive the car once it reaches the 3k limit and the light comes on, check to see if...

Re: Hondata intake manifold gasket
It should work with any IM or ITB's that are suited correctly for the engine.NAturalDC2 wrote:Does anyone know if the hondata gasket work with the TWM ITB?

Re: Tuning ITB without MAP sensor. Help!
yes, it is possible to use a MAP with ITB's. I have tuned a car with it. You need a good vacuum box to make the setup work properly.CivicVTi wrote:How would you tune a b16a with ITBs without a MAP sensor? Is it possible to use the MAP with ITBs?

Re: Need some advice!!
When I start the car up it has a very unstable idle which jumps from 500 to 1500 and then back and forth. When the car is warm, however, the idle is more stable but it bogs down and when I come to a stop it just shuts off. The exhaust also smells as though it is running way too rich. The idle 500-1...
