Use the first 20 columns Where can I see a list of items / options that are set to default and not transfered over? Is there anyone who has the RomEditor software that could open my file for me and note what settings I need to make, or perhaps someone with some free time that could fully tranform t...

Could this be the source of my Hondata problems? pics no 56k
As in some of my previous posts, I have been experiencing an on / off problem with the Hondata not being read. Do these solders look burned, or does this indicate damage? How does the Hondata com look? This is a P28 ecu. I do not know who chipped it, but it is from back in the day of the first Honda...

You will need a chip burner to read the chip. Save it as a .bin file using the software that came with the burner (pocket programmer for example). Take that bin and open it up in S300. It will prompt you to condense it to 20 columns...at least it did for me. does condensing it to 20 columns affect ...

When it is having the problem you need to look at the interface box and see if it is flashing or solid. problem being: since the motor is boosted, I do not think that it is a good idea to keep driving it around, knowing that if there is a bad connection somewhere in the Hondata, that it might not b...

Bad s200 = cars runs normally but 4000 rpm limit, so it is not that. It could be a bad EEPROM or solder joint in the ECU, but it is much more likely that it is the distributor or adapter harness. Something more to add to this is: when the motor was tuned, the tuner could not connect to the hondata ...
