Hondata intake heatshield gasket

Hello,

is there any risk of using the hondata intake heatshield gasket during the winter? I live in Canada and it can go to as low as -40 celsius sometime...

I bought a Hondata intake gasket that is un even meaning the cutout for the intake ports
are offset about 0.5 to 1mm.
Is there any heatshield gasket ou could by where the cutout for the intake ports are made to small so you can match port the intake gasket to the Engine head and intake manifold for a K20a2 Engine?
