That should work. Dead times have to be very accurate, and it helps if the injectors are spraying into the cylinder rather than hitting the manifold wall.

I assume that some kind of 'phasing' table will be added to the software so that the secondary injectors can be applied smoothly without any interruption in air fuel ratio ?

There is compensation for the wall wetting. As per the above post, dead times need to be accurate, then you can compensate for the fuel that hits the intake walls and doesn't make it into the cylinders. With intakes where the injector fires into the side of the manifold the effect is worse. The good news is that it seems to get easier at higher temperatures and injector durations.

has this wetting theory been tested visually? I see a lot of talk about it but its hard to comprehend this verses fuel spraying into an air stream of 50 pounds of boost and not atomizing into the flow very well at 1300 cfm.

I don't really know how my 1000's aim I haven't looked at it. I have the s2 ultra on a B and the injectors are mounted in. iirc they are at a pretty good angle underneath.

Can we get dimensions of the box? I've already built a sub harness for the secondary injectors to this box, but trying to pre plan as much as possible.

Yep. That's fairly typical over a 6 month project. Everything is ready apart from the packing boxes.
