The ECU is not currently reflashable. No ETA available.

That's understandable, the type r has a different ECU , Even with no eta available can you confirm that hondata is attempting to make something for the fk8 now that we have it here in the U.S.?

Another FK8 owner checking in. I'm working with several MFR's like injen, password jdm, k&n, etc to name a few. We need a tune :)

A modified ECU like kpro will do for me!

Do we have any updates on this? My only other option is to send the ECU out to allow me to Read/Write it but that's a huge pain as it will be going over seas....I would be willing to test out a platform with a reputable tuner and help work out any bugs.. We are protyping many parts and sending the ecu out seems the only viable tuning option, please update us on possible status?

I think they already told you that they'll notify us when they have updates... asking every few weeks is not going to make them talk. They will not disclose particular info in regards to what they are working on.

They did already tell me that, I'm glad you reminded me....Not sure why your so defensive, i'm sure they will get to it, I already took care of tuning myself but i'm sure the product they release will be good. Sometimes updates are good just to let people know they havn't given up. Happy Remapping!
