AFR's fluctuating

Post by redyute »

99 ek A3 swapped kpro v4. My afr's act like idle serge will go from 11 to 22 back and forth at idle or even while driving. I uploaded a fresh map from scratch thinking it was my current tune which had the problem but I'm getting the same issue, any ideas what the issue can be? I can post an idle log but I really cant drive her to far like that.

You might have an exhaust leak.

Haven't had to much time to mess with the car but today I was doing some checks, no exhaust leak. Looking at sensor data 02 voltage is 0, have my wideband wired to analog 0, its shows afr's values instead of voltage. Would my next step be to measure voltage output from the controller?

You could try doing that.

So after calibrating the 02 sensor it started responding normally again no more fluctuations.
