Hello, I had set 'Use secondary o2 as primary' already but the display at K manager showing solid 14.7 all the time.
Is this normal or something wrong?

It is normal as the S2000 uses a narrowband sensor and cannot read the AF ratio.

I recently discovered this issue in my 05 S2000 as well. Afr is stuck at 14.7 all the time as the OP has shown. I have the narrowband secondary o2 checked in my closed loop settings and I am using the stock primary o2 sensor. As you can see from the data log, the O2 voltage starts out around 4.06v and drops to 0v after about 15-20 seconds of running the car. I have gone through all of the wiring for this sensor and replaced sensors. Nothing has worked and I have no smoking gun on what could be causing the problem.
Is this really normal?

If this is the case, why are we instructed to select the narrowband secondary O2 sensor in the closed loop operation settings? Why not just disable open loop operation entirely?
Also, this is what is posted on the product page for the S2000 Kpro (this conflicts with the information you've provided above):
"Closed loop. The RSX ECU will run in closed loop using the S2000 primary oxygen sensor."
I've gone ahead and purchased a PLX wideband o2 sensor as an upgrade/fix for this issue and will be wiring it to the 0-5v analog input on the Kpro. I am hoping that will allow me to properly run in closed loop.

It does run in closed loop form the narrowband sensor, but a narrowband cannot give an accurate AF reading like a wideband can.

Understood. Would you say a sensor that is stuck at 14.7 all the time is inaccurate or is that a completely separate issue?
I am concerned that there might be something wrong with my ecu or hondata system. Hypothetically, if the wiring harness and o2 sensor are healthy, is it likely that this is the case or is my situation “normal”?
Please let me know if sending over my calibration would be helpful in answering my question.

It's not a problem as it cannot read an AF from a narrowband sensor. This is completely normal for it to show this reading.
