- when and where you got the K-Pro: sent kpro2 board in for Kpro 4 upgrade in 2017
Modifications:
Turbo, built longblock, mostly untouched OEM S2000 engine harness
Many added sensors wired to Kpro4 board (ethanol, plx WBo2 (analog and digital), oil temp, oil press, trans temp, diff temp), datalog button, Hondata traction control, high/low boost switch
I've been running Kpro for many years, but I'm still trying to solve the following issue. On cold starts when ECT is under 160 degrees, the car will have some heavy hesitation on partial throttle acceleration, it almost feels like ignition timing is being pulled. It seems to magically disappear once the ECT reaches 160 degrees.
Bonus question: Advanced protection, I cannot seem to get Advanced protection 2 to function, Any boost pressure under 29psi and leaner than 12AFR should trigger limp mode. I've changed values to test the settings, nothing seems to get it to work. Same with Advanced protection 3 with fuel pressure/map pressure. Please note my advanced protection 1 works fine. Any thoughts?

Re: Hesitation on acceleration under ECT 160 degrees, analog input sensors for advanced protection
No one else has complained of this hesitation, so it is most likely a tuning related issue.
Post a datalog where the parameters of protection are met, but not functioning.
