You really have not provided much information. What vehicle is this? Who did the wiring? When did this problem start? Have you tried your ecu in a known working stock vehicle?

I run it in a 2001 Civic. I ever try the o2 sensor in stock RSX-S and everything working well. I did the wiring myself 2 years ago... an I remake it completely this winter. I make wiring for some Kswap and i never get this problems in another one.

The DTC was there before I upgrade to KPro...

Have you put your ecu into an RSX or Si that is known to be working and see if you get an O2 reading?

I tried it last fall in a stock RSX-S and the AF reading was ok

You need to check it now since you are having the problem now.

Ok... This evening I have try with another KPro... and i didn't get a AF reading again. I also try my KPro in another car and now I get a AF reading. I take the AF sensor from this car... and nothing again.

So my wiring is inspected and exactly the same as your sheet... so .. should i know something more about the way the wiring should be ??

By swapping the KPro into another car (where it works) you have narrowed the problem down to your vehicle. By swapping the o2 sensor from the car which works into your vehicle (where it does not work) you have eliminated the o2 sensor as the source of your problem. Therefore it is the vehicle wiring.

yeah I know but .. I remake the wiring completely 3 times.... and I ever make the wiring the same way for another car and everything work...

And 50% of the Kswap i know around me have a trouble with the AF sensor... but they all make the wiring like you show on the sheet avalaible on your website...

I just want to know if something special we must do when we make it ??

ok - i hope to find out if this is true...

are PRB (usdm rsx-s) & PRC (jdm ITR/CTR) o2 sensors the same? I read on another board that they are different & ECU pins are different. It was also stated they are NOT interchangeable.

what if you throw a hondata k-pro'd ecu into the equation? will either work then?
