K24A4 with 05 RSX Transmission

Is there any way to enable the K24A4 calibation with the ability to use the VSS on a 05 RSX transmission. Currently I am just converting a RSX map to the K24A4 calibrations, however this time consuming and leaves lots of room for error.

No it cannot be enabled.

Is it possible to use a PRB ECU with the calibration for a K24A4 entered into a RSX-S calibration file and get a low frequency speed signal output from the high frequency 05 RSX VSS?

No, for an engine swap you really need to just use an 02-04 transmission, or swap your internals into a 02-04 case with a ring gear.
