S300v3 with AEM UEGO issues

Post by wvuviv30 »

I have an Integra GSR and a few mods, and since I’ve upgraded to an AEM Wideband AFR, I have “burnt out” 2 o2 sensors in the last 3,000-5,000 miles. So my curiosity, is Why??

I have the AEM 5v output connected to the D14 pin on the ECU.

Engine: B18C (98+ Spec Integra Type R)
ECU: S300v3, with BBG (no turbo); basemap is the JDM ITR
Mods: AEM Short Intake, Skunk2 Alpha header, Apexi WS2 exhaust, AEM AFR (30-0300), AEM fuel rail & B&M adjustable fuel pressure regulator.

My AFR at Idle floats around 14.5-14.7… While cruising at 70mph (3800 rpms) the car floats around 13.0-13.5 AFR.
I am averaging 25-27 mpg.

I know I probably should get the car to a Tuner/Dyno and have them tweak the ECU Tune.

If there is a lot of vibration that can damage the o2 sensor.
