Have the capacitors been replaced in the ECU?

I can't confirm they have been.. in 2018 hondata was installed. It was originally a po6 converted to a p28 all the solder links look great nothing looks or smells burnt.. the car was tuned before I bought it.....
I have the green light when I power it up.. also it wouldn't let me erase the ecu

I would recommend that you try the s300 in a different ECU that is already using an s300 and see if it works in that ECU.
