Usb troubles with brand new s300v3

Post by d15bcivic »

I just bought a brand new p28 ECU from hamotorsports with a brand new s300 v3. I downloaded a manager and can't get it to work. Says drivers are installed, I tried doing the update manually and still won't work. I attached two pics of what I see and can't seem to find a way to get it to work. Laptop is a Lenovo Thinkpad (high end custom one not off the shelf low end one ) running windows 10

I had the same problem a few weeks ago with an old SL510. Run windows update and make sure you check for optional updates. Windows update had one for the usb ports. I installed those and it worked.

Make sure you also have internet access before opening the software and trying to update or register the s300.

Open the software in the house where you have a good connection then take it into the garage and see if that resolves the issue.
