LC-1 into S300

Post by Danny_EJ »

Ok ok so I searched and I know how to physically wire the two systems together. :lol: I am using the o2 D14 input and my Wideband analog output.

heres my question.... Since this is a Wideband output 0-5 volts, why when I search people say use these settings:
1v = 10a/f
2v = 20a/f

Isnt that narrow band? I know the LC1 analog 2 wideband output is programmable and is preset to 0v= 8.XX a/f and 5v = 22 a/f. Why cant I use these settings and just calibrate the hondata s300 to reflect the 0-5v input rather than using the 1-2v input like everyone says to and like

Hondata has PRESET with its LM1 quickset configuration.... Isnt this preset a narrow band and not wideband?

Which should i use ? 0-5v or 1-2v?????????//

Thanks

We've plugged a LC1 on a S300, and used the basic you read

1v = 10a/f
2v = 20a/f

it definitely works !

i was also told by my tuner that the ecu will only recognize up to 3.78 volts on o2 input ....

1-2v not very large and he told me to use 1v-4v and read 10-18a/f for a much better resolution of a/f which I am most often going to see.

I use the same settings as well. The only thing odd is that on the S300... it reads 0.4 higher than my actual gauge.
