wired it off of a12 and works grate but vtec hits about 200 rpms late

Where are you reading the RPM? The guage my be innacurate.

on the tac its about 300rpms off on the sensors in the s maniger is were i got it come n on about 200rpms late so i just droped it down to 5700 so it comes on at the right time

the only other prob i have is the gear reading if i am crusing i 4th it bouncs in betweem3rd-5th the vss is bran new

Make sure you select the correct gear ratios.
