Hi i had a question for both of you, cant you simply put the PLX in the place of the stock O2 sensor instead of running two sensors? and lastly my 02 sensor is not in the turbos stock location, but rather back a little ways in a bung on the exhaust pipe, it is a heated o2 sensor as well,so my last question would be since the plx is not heated could i still use it as the sole o2 sensor for the car? my worry is since it is located about a foot back from the turbo housing it may not get hot anough. thanks.

Ok, I did the test, on deceleration, in the display screen, the lambda value goes to 19.36, the plx goes to AIR.Spunkster wrote:Try decelerating and see how lean it will go
if i richen up the idle cells, lambda value in the display screen freezes at 11.82, if I keep richening it up, the plx and dyno afr's will continue in to the 10's but the data log stops at 11.82
your thoughts please.

no additional components were added, i even printed the directions out and once i made the mistake of using the wrong pin for the input, i have gone over everything again. the only thing i did different is my + and - are pulled directly from the car battery terminals. just as a note: my offset voltage is -0.3Spunkster wrote:Have you done anything not described in the PLX wiring instructions located on our website? Have you added any additional components (capacitors)?

I did 4 datalogs, maybe I am data logging wrong? I right clicked the graph screen, graph templates box poped up. I added AF with the color clMaroon to graph 3 so I could see what the AF was doing. I data logged and got nothing for AF? I did a dyno run and the car stumbled real bad, as it was stumbling, I looked at the PLX display, it was flashing 10.xx/rich, I looked at the lambda display from the hondata, 11.82. I did go to options then into sensor, the sensor set up box opened, I noted AF display min was 0.7 and display max was 1.4. is that correct, i changed display min to 0 and it made no difference? note: data log file ek1, I started the data log, then while idling, I the 4 idle cells and increased the fuel up to about 10.xx the back down to what it was. I pressed control "I" 25 times to achieve that then control "D" 25 times to bring it back to where it was.

I assume only the AF needs to be changed to a min of 10 and a max of 20.Spunkster wrote:Your graphs should be set to a min of 10 and a max of 20.
thanks.
