S300 freezing up with MSD Ignition

The problem is not the s300. OEMs make their ignition systmes to much higher quality standards and must keep electrical noise/interference to a minimum. The problem is that aftermarket ignition systems are not made to these high standards and generate a lot of interference.

Is there something I can put inline from the alternator or some wire that leads from the ignition to the ECU that will reduce the interference?

Not really, the interference is picked up through the other wires and the chassis.
