Setup stock d16y7 with t3 .42/.48 turbo on 7psi with 550cc injectors and s300.

When I switch my ign to on the light is red, then i plug in the usb and it goes green, sometimes the light even turns off and I hear a click and get a CEL. I seems like an electrical issue from a bad soulder or wire connection.

Any second opinions.

Thanks.

when you here that click does the car shut off? if so, main relay

who installed the s300, did it work previously? what did you change when it started doing it.

does it do it with out having the usb port plugged in?

Car does not shut off, only throws a CEL

Gary Wang installed in, he would have no problem fixing it but I am about an hour away from his shop, the only thing I changed was I deleted alll my old datalogs that were 7 to 13 min long when I drove around. Now i cant datalog.

I will get a red light if I start car with cable in the S300, and if there is not one, I will either have to put the cord in or take it out to go green, sometimes it also has no light until i touch it, that is why i think it is a souldering problem.

i would take off the top and see if all the pins are connecting

This sounds like a possible socketing problem. You should contact the dealer that did the installation and discuss with them what they would like you to do. Let us know what happens.

Went to visit my tuner today, and after taking the baking off he realized he never souldered the datalogging, and after souldering the correct areas there is no problems.
