Replacement Ferrite Cable Form

Where is the form to get the replacement cable with the Ferrites? I am having drop outs, but when I used a Ferrite cable, all the problems went away. I heard one can fill out a form and get the upgraded cable, where is it on the site?

We no longer send out other calbes, as all the cables sent for the last 3 years have built in ferrites. If you need a new cable you can order one through any of our dealers for $15
