cloosed loop problem

Post by garrettrs »

Hello,

The car ( civic D16, turbo) is now more or less well tuned.
In opel loop In low load areas i programmed it to a steady lambda 0.98.

As soon as i try to run it on closed loop, with a target of lambda 1.00 its leans out competely. I don't know whats wrong as the needed correcture is minimal. Is there maybe something i ticked wrong, so that it refers to another point?

I'm using the original Lmbda sensor.

Any help greatly apreciated.

Ok, sorry for that will include the calibration as soon as i get it on the usb stick.

Now i tried to go the way another forum member here suggested. i tried to set the correction factors (maximun) to 0 in closed loop and tune then to the desired Afr's and to open up the correction later.

Strangely with vacuum and low throttle the lambda was still active oven correction is zero!!

Strange!!

File will come soon.

Thanks

The target lambda (under settings) does not alter the ECU - it is only to provide an adjustment number for the lambda overlay.

Your maximum MAP for closed loop is 120 kPa - this should be about 80 kPa.

There is something odd with your injector settings. The injectors are set to 240 cc/min, with a -10% fuel trim, yet the engine is turbocharged.
