know that Hondata has the option to control nitrous using a dry kit. Is it possible to get hondata to work with the ZEX Wet kit?? I would still like to use the ZEX Nitrous Management Unit to active the nitrous and fuel, but have hondata retard timing when the nitrous is active..any ideas?

Yes. Just put 0 in the fuel and it will not add fuel when it activates NOS.

i figured i could do that..the problem im having is how to hook it up to the ecu to know that the ZEX kit is active...i still want to be able to use the ZEX box to activate the nitrous and fuel...

Please send the wiring diagram in my email so we can figure it out.

I also reconfigured my nos system using only one solenoid.

here is 2 ways i came up with...Will one of these solutions work?

With your diagram, you wouldnt be sure if hondata is actually retarding the timing.

Here's what I think should be done.

1. Connect your relay #85 to +12V
2. Connect #86 to ECU A20.
3. Connect #30 to GND
4. Connect #87 to NMU GND
5. Connect ECU B8 to a switched GND.

THis set-up will allow hondata to fully control when
the nitrous operates. You also need to set-up your nitrous engagement points with your hondata.[/img]
