New car s200

Ok. So I just got a 95 prelude h23a lots of work done to it too much to list..but anyway it has s200 in it I do not have serial number at this time it has the USB cable running into glovebox I was wondering will the program download on to my laptop automatically or will I have to find the software?

If it is an s200 then you will not be able to download from it via usb at all. You may want to consider upgrading to the s300 as it will be easier to tune, and has more features. The s200 has been discontinued now for almost 7 years.

hw will be able to tune the the ecu with out upgrading ?

Only a dealer with the dealer s200 system will be able to help you tune this. This is why it would be best for you to upgrade.
