Cuttoff of injectors ??

Post by Mura »

During driving on low TPS angles like 2-3 degree sometimes injectors cuttoffs are occuring. It's very annoing stuff.

What is it possible to do?

P.S. TPS is zero when throttle is closed.

i have an interesting problem with injector cut-off. it is only between 4500-5500 that it occurs. if i let off the gas above 5500 or below 4500 my afr go lean like it should, but when i do it between those ranges it just goes rich. it does it whether i let off from full throtle or if i'm slowly creeping up to that range and let off. i've messed with the map by leaning out the first column and it still does it. on the engine prior to this one, i did not have this problem.

You need to post a much shorter dataog of the problem...one under a minute in length....27 minutes is just too long to try and isolate.

17:13.75 definately looks suspicious.

the other marks don't show injector cutoff if you check out the injector duration.

if you zoom in, you see the duty cycle just jump to around 88%. i haven't had the time to fully check into it either. i updated the ROM as to 3.6.4. i noticed that the TPS is @ .49V. possibly the problem? don't see why that would make the d/c just up to 88%.
