well i noticed my car running rich do i put on the logger. Output of o2 sensor was 3.8V?? i thought wtf..
so i put in a new sensor.... and guess what still 3.8v.
Could it be anything else ? or should i take the car out for a tune because she is running too rich
o2 sensor on dash in logger is 3.8V!

Mine is also stuck at 3.8v
Have you found a resolution for this? Mine is the same in EF with B16. Funny thing is that when I put the s200 in my 95eg with gsr motor, the o2 reads different in logger. It fluctuates between 0v and 1v depending on load.
Does a low voltage mean lean or rich? I would think lean since my s200 is tuned for b16.
It does not throw any codes yet always reads 3.8v on EF with B16

I replaced my o2 with new OEM unit and it fixed it. May no fix yours but it did mine.
