yep it has.

i am thinking it was not switched back from wideband to narrowband after tuning was completed.

Best bet would be to go back to the tuner and have them check it out for you.

i have only the stock o2 sensor in the car

And hondata is still saying 3.8V output on hondatalogger for o2 sensor.

cant find any options ...

ecu set to run in open loop. but that still not force logger to see o2 at wideband instead of narrowband outputs. ???

Mine is also stuck at 3.8v

Have you found a resolution for this? Mine is the same in EF with B16. Funny thing is that when I put the s200 in my 95eg with gsr motor, the o2 reads different in logger. It fluctuates between 0v and 1v depending on load.

Does a low voltage mean lean or rich? I would think lean since my s200 is tuned for b16.

It does not throw any codes yet always reads 3.8v on EF with B16

EDIT

I replaced my o2 with new OEM unit and it fixed it. May no fix yours but it did mine.
